A complete brand refresh for the Academy of Interactive Technology (AIT), a premium private education provider in the creative arts and technology sector and a key subsidiary of NextEd Group (ASX:NXD).
As Head of Design, I led the development of a new visual identity, brand strategy, and content framework that captured AIT’s ambition to blur the lines between education and industry — positioning students as creative thinkers ready to shape the future of technology.
The concept was anchored in a set of core values — Creative, Unconventional, Brave, Inclusive, Contemporary (CUBIC) — expressed through a bold design system and reinforced through campaign messaging. The tagline “Think Outside the Square” became a unifying idea, reflecting AIT’s contemporary design edge and academic quality.
This framework extended beyond visuals into content development and campaign execution, guiding collateral, campus signage, social media, and marketing assets. The result was a scalable design and content system that elevated AIT’s presence and delivered a cohesive, future-facing brand across all touchpoints.
